Fees:
Please contact me to inquire about current fee. I am willing to offer a sliding scale fee under special circumstances.
While I am not currently on any insurance panels, I am happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most insurance companies will cover a percentage of your out-of-network therapy expenses. Please check with your insurance provider directly to find out what they cover.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment for services is due at the time services are provided. I accept cash, check, Venmo and PayPal.
To ensure that times are available for those that need them, please provide at least 24-hours advanced notice for any appointment cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24-hours advanced notice will be charged the full session fee.
